    It’s a relief to know that both homeowners and home renters can have insurance in the case of an accident happening. I never realized that with renters insurance, it covers the loss of stolen property, which is especially nice as you mentioned, during the holidays throughout the year where stolen possessions have become all too familiar. Is renters and homeowners insurance mandatory to get? If it isn’t mandatory, it is something that everyone can benefit from getting!
