Scott Barudin joined Kaplansky Insurance in October of 2006 after owning his own agency for 18 years.  In November of 2009, he was promoted to manager of the Fairhaven office.  Scott began his career with Prudential Insurance Company where he received many awards including the Property & Casualty Award, Academy of Honor Award and the prestigious Citation Award. Scott earned his LUTCF designation for his knowledge in life insurance sales.

Carmen joined Kaplansky Insurance as a Personal Lines Client Service Representative in 2007. In April 2012 Carmen was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager. With 20 years experience, she holds her Property/Casualty license and has expertise in automobile, motorcycle, homeowners, umbrella, flood and boat insurance. In addition, Carmen is a Notary Public - a service that is free to all Kaplansky Insurance clients. Carmen received her CISR designation in 2008 and more recently she completed the CVR program so she can process registry work in house.

Rick Rosenfeld joined Kaplansky Insurance in September 2003 after having been President & CEO of Rosenfeld Insurance for 22 years.  He obtained his Brokers License in 1981.  Rick previously served on the board of the Greater New Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce, and in 1989 received the Small Business Person of the Year Award. Rick recently participated in the CVR program so he can process registry work in house to better serve his clients.

Sylvia Lent joined Kaplansky  Insurance in 2007 as a Commercial Lines Producer.  Her 14 years experience has helped her to excel at handling large, complex accounts as well as establish her as a leader within the professional community.

Claire Kenyon joined Kaplansky Insurance in 2005 as a Customer Service Representative.  She holds her Property/Casualty license as well as the Certified Insurance Services Representative designation.  Claire has obtained her Personal Insurance Certificate, a step towards the Personal Lines Coverage Specialist designation.  She is involved with various charitable and community organizations, and is the recipient of the Chamber of Commerce Unsung Hero Award.  Recently Claire participated in the CVR program so she can serve her clients better by doing registry work in house.
